Maybe because I'm 54% British and Iris, but these oats are superior to all other oats. They have a low glycemic index and keep you full for hours. I like to mix them with some chia and flax seeds and a pinch of salt, and set my rice cooker to have them ready at 7:30 am for me. Add in some honey, non-dairy milk, and fruit, and you have a warm & cozy breakfast with a very easy cleanup.
