How Did I Change So Much, So Quickly?

I know only a little about the beloved poet Andrea Gibson, but my intro to her was this substack post several years back. Her quote, "all news is good news, you'll understand some day" has stuck with me infinitely. I think about it often, and it has profoundly changed my relationship with fear.
